Click-&-Go^® EdU 405

Click-&-Go^® EdU Cell Proliferation Assay is most accurate proliferation detection method that is based on the direct measurement of DNA synthesis. This EdU proliferation assay is optimized for fluorescence microscopy applications. In this assay the modified thymidine analogue EdU is efficiently incorporated into newly synthesized DNA and fluorescently labeled with best-in-class fluorescent azide 405 (Alexa Fluor® 405 equivalent) through a highly specific click reaction. Click-&-Go^® EdU 405 Cell Proliferation Assay includes blue fluorescent Hoechst 33342 dye for performing cell cycle analysis on samples from adherent cells. Sufficient amount of reagents provided for imaging 50 (18×18) coverslips using 500 µL of reaction buffer per test.
