    AFDye™ 532 Maleimide (Alexa Fluor® 532 C5 Maleimide equivalent) is a bright yellow-fluorescent dye with pH insensitive emission from pH 4 to pH 10. The excitation of AFDye™ 532 is ideally suited for the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. AFDye™ 532 dye can be conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates, and is often used for the generation of stable signals in imaging and flow cytometry.

    AFDye™ 532 Maleimide (Alexa Fluor® 532 C5 Maleimide equivalent) is a sulfhydryl reactive, yellow emitting dye routinely used to label proteins or antibodies through the thoil group (Cys), thiol-modified oligonucleotides, and other thiol-containing biomolecules. The labeling occurs most efficiently at pH 6.5-7.5 and forms a stable, covalent bond.

    AFDye™ 532 is a water-soluble, highly photostable, and bright yellow dye with pH insensitive emission from pH 4 to pH 10. The excitation of AFDye™ 532 ideally suited for the frequency-doubled Nd:YAG laser line. AFDye™ 532 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates often used for generation of stable signal in imaging and flow cytometry.

    AFDye™ 532 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 532. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other fluorescent dyes based on sulfonated rhodamine core, including Alexa Fluor® 532 and CF®532 Dye.
